This hotel was a great value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the excellent breakfast that was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were clean and comfortable. The location was a plus point as it was close to the airport and had easy access to public transport.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. We especially appreciated the perfect water pressure in the shower. The location of the hotel was convenient for our business trip in Mumbai. The front desk team, headed by Mr. Shuhas, was extremely cooperative and addressed any issues instantly. Despite some drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel overall.

It was clean everywhere. The staff in the reception was helpful. The rooms were okay and provided with a lot of good TV channels if you are sick, which i was.

The room service staff had poor english. If you asked for something they came to the room with something else. Don´t call room service late because they will come with water or whatever 3 hours later..

its proximity to the airport was a huge advantage for me. It saved me a lot of time and hassle. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were simply amazing. They were always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The level of service provided was truly commendable. Lastly, the rooms were kept very clean and had all the modern facilities that one would expect. It was evident that the hotel paid attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is conveniently located near the airport. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, such as Sneeha and Nikita who were ready to give us information about this city. The rooms were clean and there were ample complimentary snacks & drinks available which is a great plus. We also loved the authentic South Indian cuisine at the hotel's restaurant.

The air-conditioned rooms at Paradise Tunga were super comfortable and perfect for our stay. The premium bedding and first-run movies made us feel like we were in a cozy home away from home. The tiled or wooden flooring added a touch of elegance to the rooms. The private bathrooms with bath and shower facilities were convenient and had all the toiletries we needed. we felt pampered and relaxed during our stay.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the hydromassage showerheads in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my opinion.
